Security Statement

Effective Date: 10th July 2025

At Fire Safety Works, your data security, privacy, and protection are our top priorities. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of security to ensure that all customer information—whether personal, financial, or operational—is safe and handled with integrity and care.

Secure Infrastructure

  • Our services are hosted on industry-leading, cloud-based infrastructure platforms (such as Google Cloud Platform and Firebase) with 99.9% uptime, redundancy, and continuous security monitoring.
  • All databases use role-based access control (RBAC) and are protected by firewalls and encryption at rest.

Data Encryption

  • All data exchanged with our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
  • Sensitive customer information is encrypted at rest using AES-256-bit encryption.
  • We never store plaintext passwords, payment card numbers, or OTPs on our servers.

Authentication & Access Control

  • Fire Safety Works uses multi-layered authentication for all admin and customer accounts.
  • Admin access is tightly controlled and logged, with least-privilege principles applied across our internal systems.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enforced for administrative access to critical systems.

Payment Security

  • All transactions are securely processed via Stripe, a globally trusted PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
  • Fire Safety Works does not store or process your payment card details directly at any time.

Regular Security Audits & Updates

  • Our systems are regularly tested for vulnerabilities and updated to respond to emerging threats.
  • We perform internal security reviews and automated scans as part of our DevOps pipeline before every major release.

Data Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We follow strict internal policies to ensure the confidentiality of customer data and compliance with data protection laws such as India’s DPDP Act and other international norms.
  • All employees and contractors are bound by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and undergo data handling training.

Responsible Disclosure

If you believe you’ve discovered a vulnerability or security issue in our platform, we encourage responsible disclosure. Please email us at security@firesafetyworks.com with as much detail as possible, and we will investigate immediately.
